YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT AND CONSENT TO APPILIX'S PRIVACY POLICY LOCATED AT https://appilix.com/privacy-policy (THE "PRIVACY POLICY"), BY DOING ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: (1) VISITING THIS SITE; (2) MAKING A PURCHASE OR SUBMITTING CONTENT THROUGH THE SITE; (3) COMPLETING THE ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS BY CLICKING A BOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE; OR (4) BY EXECUTING A SUBSCRIPTION THAT REFERENCES THIS AGREEMENT.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Plan features and pricing may be updated from time to time. The latest details are always available on our Pricing page.
All users have access to a 15-day free trial through the Free plan. During this period, you can explore all platform features, test your app, and go through the complete publishing process — giving you everything you need to make a fully informed decision before purchasing a paid plan.
We encourage you to make full use of the free trial before upgrading. If you do decide to purchase a paid plan, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy below for full details.
By using our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us at [email protected].
You shall pay all fees specified in the plan you choose. All purchases on Appilix are one-time payments — there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. You will never be charged again unless you choose to make a new purchase.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with or without 30 days' written notice, by posting updated fees on the Site or within the Services.
All prices, fees, and charges are issued in USD. We make no guarantees as to currency exchange rates. If you pay in a currency other than USD, the final amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. You are responsible for any currency conversion costs, taxes, or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
All subscription plan purchases (Standard, Premium, Standard Combo, and Premium Combo) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID within 7 days of your purchase date.
Add-on services such as App Publishing and App Tester are only initiated after your explicit request through the dashboard. If either service has already been started by our team at the time of your refund request, the standalone price of that service will be deducted from the refund amount.

In addition to subscription plans, Appilix offers the following optional add-on services that can be purchased separately:
Add-on services are subject to our team's availability and standard processing times. By purchasing an add-on, you agree to provide any required access, credentials, or information our team needs to complete the service. Failure to provide these in a timely manner may affect delivery and does not qualify as a service failure for refund purposes.
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for any Content you post through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours or you have the right to use it and to grant us the rights and license described in these Terms; and (ii) your Content does not violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, contract, or other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.
Appilix has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.
Content found on or through this Service is the property of Appilix or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial or personal purposes without our express prior written permission.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

All content and services are provided by Appilix on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Appilix does not warrant that the Site is free from viruses, errors, or other harmful elements, or that any information transmitted through the Site will be secure.

Except as prohibited by law, if liability is found on the part of Appilix, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the products or services in question. Under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Since all Appilix purchases are one-time payments, there is no recurring subscription to cancel and you will never be charged automatically. If you wish to stop using the Service or close your account, you can do so by logging into your account or by contacting our support team. Please note that account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund — refund eligibility is subject to our 7-day refund window as described in the Refund Policy.
Upon cancellation, Appilix is under no obligation to maintain or store your account information or Content. We may, at our option, delete your data immediately or retain it temporarily in accordance with our internal practices.
Appilix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice and without liability.
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or update our Service, and any material or features available through it, at our sole discretion and without notice. We will not be liable if any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to certain parts — or all — of the Service, including to paid subscribers.
