Refund Policy

This Refund Policy page details the conditions, procedures, and eligibility for requesting refunds on purchases made through our platform.

Free Trial

Before making any purchase, all users have access to a 15-day free trial that includes all available features — no payment details required. You can build and fully test your app, explore every integration module, and experience the complete platform during this period.

We strongly encourage you to make full use of the free trial before upgrading to a paid plan.

7-Day Refund Policy

All subscription plan purchases — including Standard, Premium, Standard Combo, and Premium Combo — are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date. We will process the refund promptly without any conditions.

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible.

App Publishing & App Tester Services

The following services are included in the Premium and Premium Combo plans, and are also available as standalone add-ons:

  • App Publishing Service — Our team handles the complete submission of your app to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your behalf.
  • App Tester Service (Google Play — 12 Testers) — Our team sets up and manages a group of 12 testers for your app on the Google Play internal testing track.

These services are only initiated after you explicitly request them through the dashboard — they do not start automatically upon purchase. If either of these services has been started by our team following your request at the time of your refund request, the standalone price of that service will be deducted from your refund. The deduction amounts are as follows:

  • Android App Publishing Service — $149.00
  • Android App Tester Service (12 Testers) — $39.00
  • iOS App Publishing Service — $199.00

If a service has not yet been started, no deduction will be made and the full amount remains refundable within the 7-day window.

Failure to provide our team with the necessary access, credentials, or information required to complete a service does not exempt that service from the deduction if work has already commenced.

Right to Refuse Service

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse. If our staff members are intentionally abused, offended, or disrespected, we reserve the right to refuse service. In such cases, a refund will not be issued and you will no longer have access to our support services.
